The original living room was dark and in need of updating. The pendant light was insufficient, the dark horizontal blinds blocked light, the furniture felt heavy and the original fireplace was too small.

We removed the pendants and put in architectural lighting to allow for general lighting but also to light up the art and sculpture that was very important to the client.

The colour scheme was very bold. The client loves interesting art, strong colour combinations, mixing patterns and we had fun pulling this scheme together as a result!

The fabrics are not for the faint of heart and I think that’s the key – we all have different tastes and styles and we love to work with people to discover who they are and how they want to represent their unique personality in their home.
